By accessing or using EvalsHub AI ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Description of Service
EvalsHub AI provides an AI quality assurance platform that helps you evaluate, test, and monitor AI systems. The Service includes tools for running experiments, scoring model outputs, reviewing results, and related features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice where practicable.
3. Account and Use
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You may not use the Service for any illegal purpose, to violate any applicable laws, or to infringe the rights of others. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems.
4. Your Data and Content
You retain ownership of data and content you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data as necessary to provide and improve the Service. 5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to transmit malicious code, spam, or content that is defamatory, harassing, or otherwise harmful. You will not abuse or overload our infrastructure. The Service, including its design, features, and underlying technology (excluding your content), is owned by EvalsHub AI or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service without our written permission.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We are not liable for decisions you make based on results or analytics provided by the Service. Use of the Service is at your own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EvalsHub AI and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or use, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars, whichever is greater.
9. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for violation of these terms or for any other reason with notice where required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases; we may retain and use your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
